The project is called Fleurs de Mets. This name comes from the association between the Camelia flower and the gastronomic sensibility highlighted through this project. We wanted to transcribe our french culinary heritage by adapting it to the  current types of consumption. The menu connects inspirations of molecular cuisine and French gastronomy. Our desire was to offer a new culinary experience to the customer by combining it with street food  habits.

The concept follows high gastronomy codes. Indeed we were largely inspired by them, matching sobriety and elegance. We looked to the leading chef, Thierry Marx, meals to elaborate our culinar concept. The menu is entirely based on food design. Every meal was thought to be both practical and aesthetic.

The shape of the packaging represent a service dome, omnipresent code in gastronomy. Its particularity is that it is composed by two parts : a compartmentalized tray and a dome wich  close the packaging and protect the meal. The dome contains a pre-cutting on each side wich will reveal the meals as the lunch  proceed. This packaging is perfectly developed for an optimal nomadic lunch.
