Project 2017

The snail is associated with French gastronomy, this culinary tradition goes back to the renaissance. Despite a consumption still important today, I observed that the design of the cutlery for snails remains for a long time unchanged and lacking modernity.
I made my own version of this cutlery, it´s call etienne as a tribute to the name of my
grandfather a great hunter, cook and eater of snail
